To promote general health and well-being over the winter months, Kurland Hotel in the Crags near Plettenberg Bay, a proud member of the Relais & Châteaux Association, has created various Spa experiences for guests and visitors alike.

Some of these include a Manicure and Pedicure combo package (2 hours) at R460 per person or a Dr Hauschka facial with a back, neck and shoulder massage (2 hours) for R980 per person. Enhancing these exceptional treatments Executive Chef, Leon Coetzee has designed a ‘Lifestyle Choice’ menu so visitors to the Spa can also enjoy a healthy lunch after their treatments.

Some of the items on the menu include - shaved coconut and prawn salad with sliced kiwi fruit, pea sprouts, toasted cashew nuts and a hoisan dressing or steamed chicken strips wrapped with seaweed caramelised onion, plum tomato, rocket and avocado or a light fruit cocktail with ega juice which helps to promote detoxing.

These new experiences will be available from 1 May – 30 September 2012, excluding June for Kurland Hotel’s annual maintenance programme.  All treatments are done with natural Dr Hauschka products to ensure a healthier option.
