Hotel Izulu Welcomes Springfield Estate to The Wine Market

At a cost of R150.00 per person, with entertainment by the band 'Afritude', guests can enjoy a day of food and wine pairing from 12:00 onwards,
Some of the food and wine pairing options are – BBQ chicken kebabs with coriander and chilli pesto paired with 'Life from Stone' Sauvignon Blanc 2012, won ton stacks with tuna and ginger paired with 'Special Cuvee' Sauvignon Blanc 2012 and baby calamari stuffed with chilli and feta and a chardonnay sauce paired with 'Wild Yeast' Chardonnay 2009.
Other options include – mini beef burger with rocket and guacamole paired with 'Whole Berry' Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 and lamb kofta with tzatziki paired with 'The Work of Time' 2006.
A selection for kids includes burgers, hot dogs and ice cream cones. Hotel Izulu's Deli will also offer soup, cheese boards, breads, biscuits and Hotel Izulu's infamous fudge.
All of the wines are available for purchase at a special reduced price by the bottle. Wine chillers are also available to purchase at R79 each.
