Entries still open for Sanlam Top Destination Awards
Submitted by: MyPressportal TeamSanlam Top Destination Awards 2016, powered by Discount Traveler, is a platform to showcase and honour those in the Hospitality Industry. There are a total of nine categories that establishments can enter into including hotels, game lodges, guests houses and bed & breakfasts, to name a few.
Entries are still open for establishments to enter and stand the chance of being crowned “Sanlam Top Destination Awards Winner 2016”. 40 establishments walk away winners at the gala awards ceremony taking place on Tuesday, 6 September 2016 at the esteemed venue, The Rotunda, at The Bay Hotel in Camps Bay. The winners will receive a framed certificate, a prestigious trophy and a chance to win a share of one million Rand’s worth of prizes. Finalists attending the awards will also receive R10 000’s worth of advertising courtesy of Discount Traveler!
Entry is free and is as easy as visiting the Top Destination Awards website and listing your establishment on Discount Traveler. Once nominated, a Sanlam Top Destination Awards Nominee Digital Badge will be given for the establishment to utilise and is valid for one year. This also helps to encourage guests to vote, as voting is open to the public and closes on the 30th of June. Consumers are encouraged to vote for their top destination after which finalists will be announced at the beginning of July.
The awards aim to reward hard work and dedication within the Hospitality Industry as well as creating awareness of establishments and acknowledging each individual and team effort that is put in, to ensure the Hospitality Industry is operating at its best and fulfilling consumer needs.
