FCM Appoints New Business Leader As Sun International Names COO For Hospitality And Sales

FCM Travel has appointed Lance Nkwe as Business Leader for FCM Meetings & Events South Africa division.
Nkwe has led marketing for both FCM and Corporate Traveller and brings a unique perspective with experience in the entertainment industry.
The new division officially launched in April 2025. Now at the helm, Nkwe is excited to build relationships within FCM's global network, explore new market opportunities, and engage with both prospective clients and existing corporate customers seeking expanded event capabilities.
"We're seeing massive demand from local corporates expanding across Africa, plus international companies recognising South Africa's potential and capabilities," Nkwe explained. "The opportunity lies in bringing travel, meetings, events and technology together seamlessly, something the market is crying out for."
Sun International appoints new COO for Hospitality and Sales
Sun International has appointed Nomzamo Radebe as new Chief Operating Officer for Hospitality and Sales. She will step into the role from February 2.
Radebe is a chartered account with over 27 years of experience as a property executive in the real estate sector. Her résumé includes COO at SA Corporate Real Estate, CEO of Excellerate JHI, as well as CIO and Financial Director of Pareto Limited.
