Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 draw to air Dec 3; bands and Feb 18 presale announced
The Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 Draw will be broadcast live on Stan Sport, 9Gem and 9Now in Australia, and streamed globally via RugbyPass TV and World Rugby YouTube on Wednesday, 3 December from 20:00 AEDT (GMT+11).
Presenters will include:
- Brett Robinson – World Rugby Chair and former Australian international
- Dan Carter – All Blacks icon and two-time Rugby World Cup winner
- James Slipper – Former Wallabies captain and Australia’s most-capped player
- Alicia Lucas – Olympic gold medallist and former Australian Sevens star
The confirmed Bands based on rankings are as follows:
- Band 1: South Africa, New Zealand, England, Ireland, France, Argentina
- Band 2: Australia, Fiji, Scotland, Italy, Wales, Japan
- Band 3: Georgia, Uruguay, Spain, USA, Chile, Tonga

TICKETS GOING ON SALE ON 18 FEBRUARY
Rugby fans will have an opportunity to secure seats for Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 during an exclusive two-week presale window starting on 18 February 2026 at 12:00 AEDT. Fans must create a ticketing account before 12:00 AEDT (GMT+11) on Tuesday, 17 February 2026 to be eligible to enter the presale.
