Supersport Secures Broadcasting Rights For Cosafa CUP

The tournament runs from Wednesday, 4 to Sunday, 15 June. SuperSport says all COSAFA Cup matches will be available to DStv Access and Compact customers in SA, as well as GOtv in the rest of Africa.
The FIFA Club World Cup will follow the series on Sunday, 15 June, and the Women's Africa Cup of Nations and Women's EUROs will start in July, says the broadcaster.
SuperSport says the COSAFA Cup starts with a Group A match between South Africa and Mozambique at the Toyota Stadium in Mangaung in Bloemfontein on Wednesday, 4 June at 14:40 CAT on SS Africa 1, SS PSL, Max1, Max360 and SS Variety 4.
The broadcast continues with the second game in Group A, as Zimbabwe faces Mauritius at 17:50 CAT at the same venue, says SuperSport.
The broadcaster says that on Thursday, 5 June, the first Group B match takes place, with Malawi and Lesotho playing the first game at 14:50 CAT. Angola and Namibia's match starts at 17:50 CAT.
Friday, 6 June, marks the beginning of the Group D matches, with Zambia and Comoros playing at 17:50 CAT, adds SuperSport.
Saturday, 7 June features the second round of fixtures in Group A, as well as the commencement of Group C when Tanzania takes on Madagascar at 17:50 CAT, says the broadcaster.
SuperSport says that all fixtures and kick-off times are subject to change, and that the COSAFA Cup will be made available to access in South Africa and the rest of the African continent and will also be made available on GOtv value.
According to SuperSport, the groups competing in the HOLLYWOODBETS COSAFA CUP 2025 are:
- Group A: South Africa, Mozambique, Mauritius, Zimbabwe
- Group B: Angola, Namibia, Malawi, Lesotho
- Group C: Tanzania, Madagascar, Eswatini
- Group D: Zambia, Comoros, Botswana
