Join us for a book signing of The Low Carb Creed and meet authors, Sally-Ann Creed, Merle Westcott, and Janita Bold.  

The Low Carb Creed is Sally-Ann’s update on her work in The Real Meal Revolution which she co-authored with Prof Tim Noakes.

This book offers answers to questions that have arisen since the release of the “Red Book” and also brings more clarity to existing truths of the low carbohydrate, healthy fat lifestyle (LCHF).  

The book signing and a talk by the authors will take place at 1293 Heuwel Road, Centurion, on 18 October at 7pm.
