   • Establish clear policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards and ensure accountability.

3. Equip Board Members

   • Provide training on strategic oversight, governance, and compliance.

4. Diversify Revenue Streams

   • Explore crowdfunding, social enterprise initiatives, workshops, and corporate partnerships.

5. Monitor and Measure Impact

   • Invest in monitoring and evaluation tools to track progress and improve programme quality.

6. Foster Donor Relationships

   • Maintain regular communication and deliver impactful reporting to strengthen trust.
