Saving Our Youth
Submitted by: Webster TsenaseThe state of many township high schools has been steadily deteriorating each year and it’s time we do something about it.
There are many students who are involved in gangsterism, drug abuse/selling and bullying others to the point of death. If we don’t do something drastic then these school incidences will become a norm in our society.
The government cannot solve these problems.
As TW Publishers, we are saying that this sad state of some schools cannot be allowed to continue festering.
We recently published Bafana legend, Mark Williams, book “From Gangster to Soccer Legend” and we have come up with a #saveouryouth social media campaign.
Our client, Mark Williams, is the face of this campaign and aims to speak to 30 000 kids in grades 8, 9, and 10 about gangsterism, drug abuse/selling and bullying. All which he has experienced in his earlier life in Hanover Park. He will also be giving them copies of his book which are sponsored by individuals and corporates.
We are calling on the corporate world to partner with us in saving our youth and creating a better South Africa for our youth.
