Visitors from across KwaZulu-Natal and beyond descended on Scottburgh’s Crocworld Adventure & Conservation Centre during the recent winter school holidays, enjoying a packed programme of wildlife encounters and outdoor adventures.
Visitors were kept engaged with Crocworld’s daily crocodile feedings, baby croc handling, snake demonstrations, as well as guided trail walks, wildlife experiences, and access to the centre’s attractions.
The reintroduction of the much-loved Sunday Buffet Lunch at Fish Eagle Café was also a major drawcard, with great food and awesome sightings of migrating whales from the wraparound deck.
The Sip & Paint Event also attracted many guests, with wine tasting, finger snacks, and painting on canvas in this relaxed coastal atmosphere.
For adventure enthusiasts, Crocworld’s newly launched hiking and mountain biking trails have been a hit, developed in partnership with Badger’s Cycling and Sports Centre, which is now located at Crocworld.
Growing adventure hub
With ongoing upgrades and exciting developments underway, Crocworld Adventure & Conservation Centre is fast becoming a leading adventure hub on the KZN Mid-South Coast.
