Relais & Châteaux Africa & Indian Ocean Islands Delegation Hosts Next Generation of Hoteliers

The Relais & Châteaux Africa & Indian Ocean Islands Delegation recently hosted students from the International Hotel School, Cape Town, for an educational into the world of Relais & Châteaux, with Director, Annie-Claude Bergonzoli.

Each year the Africa & Indian Ocean Islands Delegation offers the opportunity for the students to have an insight into the many career possibilities within the hotel and restaurant industry and to also learn about the Relais & Châteaux Association, the history and the members worldwide - today, there are more than 520 members in over 61 countries that are a part of Relais & Châteaux.

The educational and site inspection took place at The Cellars-Hohenort in Constantia, Cape Town, which is a long standing member of the Association.
