Under Bothma's leadership, the company has delivered a string of award-winning productions, including Vincent, Mad About The Boys, Die Siel van Eugène Marais, and The Tramp, earning multiple Naledi Theatre Awards, a BroadwayWorld South Africa Award, a Fiesta Award nomination, and international recognition at the Edinburgh Fringe and London's West End.
