The 5-star boutique Hotel in Ballito, Hotel Izulu, will celebrate Easter in true culinary style on Sunday 31 March with its first indulgent Easter Brunch Menu created by Executive Chef, Karel Jacobs at just R220.00 per adult and R80.00 for kids from 8h00 until 13h00.
The menu will include a continental selection that will include a range of fresh pastries, Granola squares, fruit platters and more. Guests can also indulge in an array of quiches, from smoked salmon, cream cheese and spring onion to smoked bacon, olive tapenade and red wine onion marmalade.
The hot menu will include items such as smoked shoulder bacon, beef sausages, Asian style fish cakes, roast pork belly with apple and pear sauce served with crackling, baby potatoes with butter and parsley and an array of salads and freshly baked breads
To sweeten the day, desserts will be served in the form of meringue tarts with fresh tropical fruit and mint, chocolate brûlée, strawberry and watermelon cheese cake and toffee pudding with a butterscotch sauce
This brunch will be included in the B&B rates for all guests staying at the Hotel over this period.
