June 2013 - The Restaurant at Grande Provence will provide diners with two French inspired menu options over the Bastille weekend, 12-14 July. On Saturday and Sunday for lunch, guests may indulge in a traditional French café style menu including French classics like Moules marinière avec le pain Français et de la fumée du vin - Creamy mussels with French loaf and wine smoke (R65/R120) and Cassouletde cochon de laitet de bœufKaran - Cassoulet of suckling pig and Karan beef (R125)

In the evenings guests can look forward to a French fine dinning experience of 7 courses for only R450 created by renowned Executive Chef, Darren Badenhorst.

Comments Darren: “I have formulated the menus to offer a full experience of what is traditionally available in both a formal fine dining setting as well as the classic ‘street side’ foods of hearty, warm, fresh and interactive foods. Guests can experience a culinary adventure of France in Franschhoek over this festive weekend.”
