Film and Publication Board to Conduct Raids in Pretoria CBD

The raids operation will be preceded by a workshop for the Tshwane Metro Police Departments officials where officials will be updated about the Films and Publications Act
CAPE TOWN, South Africa, June 14, 2017/APO/ --
The Film and Publication Board (FPB) in partnership with the Tshwane Metro Police Department will be conducting raids in the Pretoria CBD with the aim of confiscating illegal DVD's sold on the streets of Tshwane. The FPB is mandated by Section 24(A) of the Films and Publications Act to conduct inspections and raids enforcing compliance to the Act.
The raids operation will be preceded by a workshop for the Tshwane Metro Police Departments officials where officials will be updated about the Films and Publications Act.
