DStv Content Creator Awards and Amarula Premium African Gin Call on South African Creators to Show Off Their ‘Spirit of Africa’

The DStv Content Creator Awards is thrilled to announce a new and exciting category for the 2024 edition — the Spirit of Africa Award, proudly presented by Amarula Premium African Gin. This unique accolade will celebrate content that truly embodies the rich, vibrant, and diverse essence of Africa.

Showcasing the Spirit of Africa

This year's awards invite content creators from across South Africa to submit their most compelling videos that showcase what it means to be unmistakably African. Whether it’s through art, fashion, travel, food, or any other medium, creators are encouraged to let their creativity soar. The winning entry will receive a cash prize of R20,000, along with the distinction of being the first-ever recipient of this prestigious award.

How to Enter

To participate, entrants must submit a video up to two minutes long that captures the essence of what it means to be African. Submissions must include the hashtags #AmarulaAfricanGin, #SpiritOfAfrica, and #DStvCCA and are open exclusively to South African residents. The deadline for entries is 24 September 2024.
