Petra Diamonds Begins Implementation of Mineware’s Safety and Risk Management Software Suite

Mineware Consulting is pleased to announce that Petra Diamonds has begun implementing the Syncromine Safety and Risk Management software suite across its operations, marking a strategic step toward strengthening operational safety, compliance, and real-time risk visibility. 

Petra Diamonds, one of Africa’s leading diamond mining groups, has consistently demonstrated its commitment to creating safer, more efficient working environments. The implementation of Syncromine represents a practical extension of that commitment, supporting the achievement of strengthened safety leadership, clearer accountability, and higher operational transparency. 

The Syncromine Safety and Risk suite digitises key processes including task-based risk assessments, incident logging, planned task observations, corrective action tracking, and compliance monitoring. By centralising and standardising these functions, the system helps shift mines from reactive reporting to proactive risk management.
