Did you survive a narcissistic relationship?Did you survive a narcissistic relationship and healed as well?

There is a huge difference between surviving and healing from a narcissistic relationship and knowing the difference is essential to your brighter and happier future.

It is a common mistake survivors make, mistaking surviving for healing.

If you have not done the work and possible coaching/therapy for healing, you are very likely to get attracted to the same poison honey pot of the narcissistic relationship! Your defenses will be weak, and your childhood trauma points still be triggering and misguiding you to the same narcissistic spirit but only with a different glamorous suit or dress.

Therefore, to make very sure that you are not going around that same mountain of narcissism again, you will need to consider the following:

Find a coach or therapist to identify your childhood responses and behavior pattern trauma.Work through your childhood trauma.Continuously build on new responses and behaviour in your journey going forward.Count at least 3 blessings on your life before you go to sleep.

Once you rise and radiate, you can radiate the love and goodness of God to others!
