Kurland Celebrates Earth Hour
Submitted by: The P.R TeamKurland Hotel situated in the Crags near
Rather than turning off the Hotel’s lights throughout the Estate for one hour, between the 20:30 – 21:30 time slot, which would not be viable, Executive Chef, Leon Coetzee will create a gourmet braai instead of using conventional cooking methods in order to honour Mother Nature and her natural resources during the annual Earth Hour on Saturday 31 March.
This gourmet dinner braai, with multiple options for vegetarians, will take place on the Estate from 19:00 until late.
Just some of the many mouth-watering choices on the braai are prawns and lemon kebabs, mushrooms with gorgonzola and caramelised onions and lamb lollipops.
This is just one of the many eco initiatives that Kurland Hotel has set in motion over the past year since the new management team took over headed up by owner Peter Behr.
This press release has been distributed on behalf of our client, Kurland Hotel.
