Webber Wentzel Invitation: Competition Law Breakfast Seminar
Submitted by: MyPressportal TeamPlease join Webber Wentzel's Competition Practice at a client seminar addressing Competition Law developments in Sub-Saharan Africa - reflecting on 2016 and preparing for 2017.
2016 was marked by increased competition law enforcement and landmark decisions. There is no doubt that 2017 will continue the trend of amplified enforcement efforts and precedent setting cases. As competition law develops across Africa in 2017, knowing what competition law risks to manage when doing business in Africa is more important than ever before.
Representatives from select Sub-Saharan African law firms and the Chairman of the South African Competition Tribunal, Norman Manoim, will be joining us to share their insights. The seminar will focus on key merger control and prohibited practice developments in 2016 and expectations for 2017.
