Happiness Is Our Heritage — Live the Upside at Goldfields Mall

Goldfields Mall is turning generosity into action this Heritage Month with a community

collection in support of local children. From 20 August to 30 September, shoppers are

encouraged to donate toys, stationery, books, clothing, and other child-friendly essentials to

help build a brighter tomorrow.

Heritage is not only what we celebrate; it’s what we pass on. This year, we’re choosing to

Live the Upside by transforming care into concrete action. At Goldfields Mall, happiness is our heritage—and together, Welkom can make that heritage real for the little legends in our

community.

How to donate

• When: 20 August – 30 September 2025
• What: Toys, stationery, books, clothing, and other age-appropriate, child-friendly

essentials in good condition

• Where: Entrance 2, in front of the Information Desk (clearly marked donation point)

Every contribution—big or small—adds up. By rallying shoppers, tenants, and partners, the

campaign aims to provide practical support that uplifts children and families across Welkom.
