Strengthening Leadership, Recognition, and Cultural Restoration in the Free State
Free State, South Africa – [09/04/2026]
A high-level Delegation from the National Khoisan Kingdom (NKK) has been officially mandated to embark on a strategic visit across the Free State Province, including an engagement with the Office of the Premier and all five district municipalities.
This important delegation has been sent under the authority of Monarch Thomas Edgar Brown I, with the purpose of formally introducing and positioning the National Khoisan Kingdom – Abbaquar San Royal House Free State (NKK ARH F.S.) within government and institutional structures.
Purpose of the Delegation
The visit seeks to:
Formally introduce the Abbaquar San Royal House Free State to provincial leadershipStrengthen relations between traditional leadership and government institutionsPromote recognition of Khoisan leadership and heritageEstablish collaborative pathways for development, culture, and governance
Historic Milestone
This engagement also serves to mark the successful completion of a significant governmental and cultural process — the anointing of the First Lady, Khoobass Lerato Williams Kok, alongside Khoebaha Stuart Williams Kok.
This milestone represents a major step in affirming leadership structures within the Kingdom and advancing the recognition of Khoisan royal authority in the Free State.
