JOHANNESBURG. 4 March 2015 - South African Airways (SAA) has added a new product to its innovative offering with the launch of its newly designed Fly SAA Duty-Free online shop: www.flysaadutyfree.co.za.
The service, which is available on all regional (except Victoria Falls and Maputo)and long-haul flights, is already available.
The site has a dashing fresh look, a device-responsive layout, and offers a more convenient way for customers to browse and purchase duty-free products before they fly.
The overall focus for SAA is to bring customers an improved and ‘extraordinary’ online experience. South African Airways’ duty-free catalogue is called Extraordinaire, and with this in mind, the site has been designed to assist customers in finding top quality brands at duty-free prices with ease, while offering exclusivity, specials and discounts too. For an enhanced Extraordinaire experience, SAA has identified two areas for improvement: best prices, and convenience.
When it comes to pricing, SAA has paid special attention to competitive local prices, and has worked tactically on the best price for the customer. Customers will find products available at duty-free prices and for up to 45% less than can be found elsewhere locally. Products on offer at these prices range from fragrances to watches, sunglasses, jewellery, cosmetics, cameras, handbags, wallets and even toys.
Online shopping also adds to customer convenience, with customers no longer having to rush around terminals looking for the perfect gift, or their favourite brands in duty-free stores. Finding that special gift for a loved one is now a click away at www.flysaadutyfree.co.za., All that needs to be done is to select your product and pay.
Customers can also shop from the comfort of their own homes, with purchases delivered directly to their seat on their next South African Airways flight.
For an Extraordinaire experience, visit www.flysaadutyfree.co.za.
