First Car Rental has been named the ‘Best Car Hire Service Operator’ in the medium category by the ACSA Feather Awards for Cape Town International Airport.

The annual ACSA (Airports Company South Africa) Feather Awards are based entirely on airport customers’ feedback and provide South African airports with an opportunity to recognise top performing airport members for outstanding customer service rendered during the year.

Says Deidre Davids, Communications Manager: Cape Town International Airport, "An airport experience is delivered through a variety of role players ranging from the airlines to the baggage handlers, car hire, security screening and more.
