Drive South Africa announces new partnership with media24

South African car rental company Drive South Africa has announced their partnership with the South African online travel magazines Weg!, Go!, Wegsleep, Drive Out and WegRy.  Renting a car or even an equipped 4x4 vehicle is made really easy with this new online partnership.

Drive South Africa was started on the premise of offering technology to present a seamless vehicle hire experience to everyone who wants to find the best possible car rental rate from all the big names in car hire, with one easy website.  This online car rental company offers everything from standard vehicles and 4x4’s to luxury vehicles and fully equipped campers as well as a variety of additional equipment.

Weg!, Go!, Wegsleep, Drive Out and WegRy’s user friendly webpages clearly indicate where enquirers can click to hire a car. When visiting a website such as Go!, for example, the enquirer hovers over the “Go & Stay” button on the right side of the page and then selects the “car rental” link.  From here they type in all their relevant car rental needs, like the date and place of the booking as well as the type of vehicle needed. After the enquiry is submitted, a consultant tends to the request.

According to Drive South Africa sales manager Ellena van Tonder, more and more South Africans are renting 4x4’s and campers for extended periods of time. “In these tough economical times, going on a self-drive African safari seems like the logical answer,” she says.

With this new partnership, all local online travel magazines under the Media24 umbrella have made making travel arrangements more convenient for online browsers.
