The Sunday Times GenNext Awards remain the leading annual youth brand preference and consumer behaviour event. The GenNext Awards 2022 winners were announced at a hybrid event on Thursday, 15 September 2022.
Recognition by an organisation of this stature cements Telkom's efforts to bring relevant and innovative products, especially in their data and service offerings which offer immense value and benefit to the market and youth, in particular.
According to Telkom's Chief Marketing Officer, Gugu Mthembu, this win confirms that Telkom products positively impact the youth market.
"We are honoured to have kept our Coolest Brand reign for the last three years. The youth are critical to our brand, and we will continue to provide innovative services that resonate with them," Mthembu added.
"We pride ourselves as the enabler of the digital lifestyle and acknowledge that our customers are made of a variety of interests, and Telkom will be there to ensure they live their passions through connectivity," Mthembu concluded.
