The Travel Group and CemAir Offer Interns Exclusive Industry Exposure on Durban Familiarisation Trip

On July 19, The Travel Group hosted a day trip to Durban to give its interns real-world insight into the travel industry.
The trip was organised by CemAir and the interns experienced everything from take-off to touch-down, including:
- VIP transfers to the aircraft
- In-flight refreshments and onboard service
- A rental car courtesy of Europcar
- A stroll on the beach in Umhlanga
- A site inspection of The Capital Pearls Hotel in Umhlanga
The Travel Group’s internship programme helps young people gain real experience in the travel industry, with excursions like this teaching them how to create special journeys for clients.
