Airlink Boosts Trade And Travel Links With New Johannesburg–Nacala Route In February 2026

Airlink will begin flights from Johannesburg to Nacala in Mozambique from February 2, 2026, expanding the airline’s Mozambique network to seven destinations.

Twice-weekly flights will operate on Mondays and Fridays. Flight 4Z263 will depart from Johannesburg at 10h30 and arrive in Nacala at 13h10. Return flight 4Z237 will depart from Nacala at 13h45 and arrive in Johannesburg at 16h35 on the same days.

The flight will be operated by the airline’s Embraer regional jet aircraft.

“By adding Nacala to our network, Airlink will be able to provide additional connectivity for business and leisure travellers to and from Mozambique’s economically important northeastern region, complementing our current services to Nampula,” said Airlink CEO de Villiers Engelbrecht.
