Destini, formerly known as Club Travel Corporate, has officially launched its new brand identity. The TMC now has a new name, a powerful proprietary tech platform, and a black-women-led leadership team.
“More than a simple rebrand, Destini is a rebirth,” says Dineo Thabede, CEO of Destini. “It’s a bold step forward that reflects how far we’ve come, and also how far we are determined to go.”
At the heart of Destini’s offering is NexCT, a travel and expense management platform designed specifically for African businesses. It offers:
- Real-time booking and intuitive dashboards
- Integrated expense tracking and procurement tools
- Smart nudges for policy compliance and cost-conscious choices
- Instant quotes and zero-delay feedback
Alongside technology, the TMC has developed its unique value proposition which focuses on its four decades of experience, bleisure and MICE expertise, a start-up spirit and a team that is 80% female. As part of the Travelstart Group, Destini also taps into one of Africa’s largest travel ecosystems.
“Destini represents a new generation of travel management; one that’s inclusive, agile, and deeply rooted in African excellence. We’ve built a company that opens a world of travel for Africa, by Africans. Our leadership team reflects the diversity and strength of our continent, and our technology is tailored to the realities of African business. The essence of Destini is empowerment, innovation, and a commitment to creating a future where African businesses can move with confidence, clarity and control.”
