The Johannesburg Boat & Water Show is taking place at Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit from 1 - 3 September 2017. The event will showcase South Africa’s best marine products, trends and exciting entertainment for the entire family. With two weeks till the commencement of this highly-anticipated event, take note of the main attractions:
South Africa’s Biggest Boat Show The Johannesburg Boat & Water Show is one of South Africa’s biggest boat shows, attracting over 10 000 people and showcasing a number of exciting brands such as Yamaha, Waterworld, Boating International and Suzuki, to name a few.
Exhibitors and Exclusive Showcases This event brings the entire boating industry together; manufacturers, dealers and lifestyle consumers unite for a weekend dedicated to recreational boating activities. The 3-day lifestyle expo will see over 200 exhibitors on display showcasing the best the marine products, trends boats and equipment. Selected exhibitors will be showcasing their unique SUPs and kayaks.
Fun for the whole family The weekend’s family-friendly features make the Johannesburg Boat & Water Show a stand-out. The event offers something for everyone: Rave reviews from families and corporate clientele alike boast that there’s “no better way to spend the day.” Adults can enjoy the beer garden and choose from the delicious options available from a variety of food trucks. For those with little ones there will face-painting, clowns, magicians and jumping castles. Meet some of SA’s Top Celebs Spot some of South Africa’s top celebrities and radio presenters at the Johanesburg Boat and Water Show, with a special appearance by presenter Janez Vermeiren.
Special Features For Adrenaline Junkies Over the course of the weekend there will be wakeboarding athletes doing stunts in a supersized pool, and a variety of activities available for those brave enough to test the waters. A cable wakeboard activation will be open to the public to view along with paddle boats for kids to use in-between the demonstrations.
SA Motoring Experience The show will be hosted on the same weekend as the popular WesBank SA Motoring Experience which will also be hosted at the Kyalami Circuit. This year, the organisers have doubled-up on the amount of action-packed activities. Festival-goers will be able to take part in thrilling test drives / hot laps around Kyalami, as well off-road driving experiences on their improved off-road track.
