Ross Davis brings more than professional achievements to the role; he also embodies a diverse range of interests, from athletics to the arts. His appointment underscores Reddford House Blue Hills' ongoing commitment to fostering a dynamic and supportive community.
Commenting on his new school, Davis says, "Even though Reddord House Blue Hills is based in a fast-paced hub, it essentially functions as a small, caring community where pupils are nurtured. As the new head, I want to achieve stability in the school, aiming for academic, cultural, and sporting excellence while always seeing each member of our school as an individual."
What are the biggest lessons you have learned in your career in education?

"To ensure my school community feels safe and appreciated. Then success is naturally achieved."
What do you believe are the qualities every teacher should have?
"Compassionate and respectful."
What has been your greatest accomplishment?

Who has had the greatest impact on you in your life?

If you could meet any person in history, who would you choose and what would you discuss?

What is an invention you feel needs to be created, and what need does it fill?
"A filtration system for our rivers - we need to protect our environment."
If you could give your teenage self one piece of advice, what would you share?
“As you prepare for your future career enrol for enjoyment not employment.
What interests do you hope to pursue this year?
“Complete a course on coding in python, complete my 25th Ride Joburg cycle challenge, and run at least two marathons.”
What subject were you best in during school? Why do you feel you excelled at it?
