They, too, are starting their day—likely even earlier—mentally preparing for a classroom filled with young, curious minds. But their role extends far beyond teaching. They guide, comfort, encourage, and become a steady presence for children navigating the world in their own way. And through it all, they do their best to show up with warmth and patience.
