Appointments: Inspired Education Group appoints three Executive Heads

Quinton Pascoe, Reddam House Waterfall
Quinton Pascoe has been appointed as Executive Head of Reddam House Waterfall. Quinton holds qualifications in Education Management, Law and Systems, and attained a Cum Laude Honour’s degree in Education from the University of the North-West. He has completed the Independent Schools Leadership Development Programme at Wits University Business School and graduated from Harvard University’s online course Leading by Understanding. He was appointed as Preparatory Headmaster of Reddam House Waterfall in 2018
Quinton is an enthusiastic educator who enjoys seeing children and colleagues reach their full potential. Servant leadership, sound management practice and strategic direction together with a high degree of passion and zest for the profession and life itself drive his daily focus.
Catherine Raw, Reddam House Ballito
Catherine Raw has been appointed as Executive Head of Reddam House Ballito. Catherine joined Reddam House Ballito as Head of School in October 2018 prior to the school opening in January 2019. She has over 30 years’ experience in the education sector, 7 of those as Head of Westville Girls’ High School, and was recognised for her skill in Secondary School Leadership when she was placed first in KZN at the National Teaching Awards in 2017. Her involvement with the World Leading Schools Association has seen Catherine present papers at conferences and before joining the Inspired Education Group she ran the Cross-Cultural Leadership Programme created by WLSA aimed at College students.
Alex Gitlin, Reddam House Constantia
Alex Gitlin has been appointed as Executive Head of Reddam House Constantia. Alex hails from Northampton in England. Having obtained a Bachelor of Geography (Honours) from the University of Nottingham, and a University of Cambridge Post Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education Geography, Alex moved to South Africa in 2001. He began his teaching career at St David’s Marist Inanda in Johannesburg. Over the course of 12 years, he became the Head of Hockey and 1st Team coach, a senior Geography teacher, and Housemaster. In 2013 he joined Uplands College as Deputy Head Pastoral Care and Boarding. In his seven years there, Alex also managed the marketing department, the sports department, energised the past pupil association and co-developed the Foundation. He was appointed as College Head of Reddam House Constantia in January 2020, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience that has contributed towards the school being one of the top achieving IEB schools in South Africa. Alex is passionate about Education and making a difference to those under his care.
