Jonathan Edwards' unique new website offers a platform for keen collectors and homeowners to indulge in his compilations of man versus nature.
Sculptures, paintings and graphics are accompanied by his personal comments on his motivations and inspirations behind each piece. Jonathan Edwards is a South African artist who uses form, colour, line in his composition to express the imbalances which exist within our environment. He studied Fine Arts at The University of Pretoria, worked with Michael Edwards in casting significant works across the globe, exhibited in Pretoria, Johannesburg, London and Taiwan and has visited galleries and studied artworks in the Netherlands, France, Portugal and Madeira.
He now works predominantly in acrylic and digital as immediate mediums for expression and finds enjoyment in the combination of circular forms, organic shapes, flat planes and the interaction between negative and positive spaces.
