Set to take place on Friday, 9 May 2025 at The Ostrich in Cape Town, and Saturday, 10 May 2025 at Johannesburg’s Expo Centre at Nasrec, the 10th anniversary promises to be an epic celebration of a decade of dance. To mark the moment, we’ve rounded up 10 fun facts to hype up the party before the bass drops:

- 97 artists have hit the ULTRA stage more than once, proving this is the kind of gig you always want to come back to.
- Kyle Cassim holds the crown as the local artist who’s performed the most at ULTRA South Africa.

- Speaking of Garrix, he’s currently the #1 DJ in the world, having topped the DJ Mag list in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2024.
