Total Ninja South Africa, Africa’s largest Inflatable and Obstacle Park, is proud to announce that is now a Discovery Vitality points-linked fitness facility. This initiative marks a significant milestone for Total Ninja as the business continues to lead the way in family entertainment and wellness initiatives.Discovery Vitality is a dynamic and science-based behaviour-change programme, that combines data analytics with rewards and incentives to help members make healthier choices.
As the wellness industry continues to experience exponential growth, Total Ninja SA stands at the forefront of a new section of this – family wellness and exercise-based entertainment. The Total Ninja offering is an exhilarating experience for all ages and promotes both physical and mental well-being. Establishing Total Ninja as a Discovery Vitality points-linked fitness facility cements Total Ninja’s absolute commitment to fostering a culture of active living and rewarding good fitness behaviour.
Discovery Vitality members aged 18 and older visiting any of the existing Total Ninja venues: Black River Park, Stoneridge, Northgate, and Kolonnade, will enter their identity number or Vitality entity number and initials at a dedicated iPad once they have their wristbands to enter the park. Each visit will garner 100 Vitality points per adult member.
“We are thrilled to give our visitors the ability to earn Vitality points as they work up a sweat at Total Ninja” said Dorita Correia, Director of Total Ninja. “Together with Discovery Vitality we are able to reward our patrons for their commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle, underpinning our dedication to promoting a healthy lifestyle”.
For those out there who think that Total Ninja is just for kids, some interesting facts about a Total Ninja session are:
There is such global interest in this type of “Ninja Warrior-based obstacle course” training, that in 2028 in Los Angeles (USA), a Ninja Warrior-inspired Obstacle race will be integrated into the Olympic Modern Pentathlon alongside Fencing, Swimming, and Laser Run. The Obstacle discipline is inspired by the popular TV phenomenon, Ninja Warrior. This just proves how these courses not only challenge one physically (a lot!) but mentally too, meaning that visitors feel like they’re playing, but the exponential benefits happening in the background are phenomenal.
Discovery Vitality members will now earn Vitality points for visiting Total Ninja SA and engaging in various activities offered at the Inflatable and Obstacle Park.
