Formed by former members of Dire Straits because of the substantial demand to hear Dire Straits’ muchloved catalogue of great songs, The Straits are one of the best bands you will ever hear.
The Band are really looking forward to be playing at such an awesome event in South Africa…
Aloe Rocks, 23 February, will commence with a day and night of South Africa’s hottest bands. A confirmed lineup of Watershed, Just Jinjer. Apolo 7, Kurt Darren, Dewald Dippenaar, Newtons 2nd Law, The Plastics, Zebra & Giraffe, Kinky Robot, Lonehill Estate, Octainium, Graeme Watkins Project, Saving Silence & Jack Parow.
A second stage has been added for up and coming bands. 12 Band will be given the opportunity to perform in front of a live audience.
The Straits well be available for photographs and interviews
