Alec Music (Biography) Alec Alexander Oliphant aka Alec Music hails from Cape Town,South Africa now residing in Lavender Hill where he stays with his family.His musical journey started at the age of 7 years old where he discovered music and poetry,living in a home where literature was always important in his household,he quickly dove into rap music fascinated with the artform and also intrigued by the heroics of artists,revolutionaries,freedom fighters who’d fought for change around the globe.

Alec had set about to fight for the rights of the oppressed and also against the injustices within the system through his music.While his dream is to evoke change in the world through his music and to inspire the youth, he’s started that dream with the making of his Debut E.P titled “No Regrets” produced by acclaimed hip hop producer Arsenic Beats who’s worked with multiple acts including YougstaCpt,Jitzvinger,ect…the project was officially released on all streaming platofrms in June.It has gone on to create waves around the globe.Landing him an international collaboration.radio playlisting in the U.S.A,Canada aswell as locally in different provinces.He was also prized with 30$ for winning best music review having played across dozens on review shows across America. As the promotion for “No Regrets” takes shape,Alec has continued to work on his debut Album project and hopes that his art can help inspire people who live in poverty and motivate those who want to achieve their dreams.

Witnessing his mothers passing and losing his first girlfriend of 6years led him to drug addiction in 2016.In 2018 he’d fully recovered and has been pursuing his music career ever since.Releasing his debut E.P "No Regrets" and collaborating with artists around the world.He signed his first independent deal with an american label named P.T.M.G last year but soon left to seek better opportunities to help better his musical career.
