International award- winning tequila celebrates perfectionism

(JOHANNESBURG): In 2017, Patrón launched Perfectionists- a competition to unite barmen in the quest to create their best cocktail utilizing Patrón as the hero that brings it all together. 19 countries across the globe participated, attracting over 1,500 entrants- establishing the Perfectionists as a beacon of
perfectionism that is integral in the standard of mixology.

This year, Patrón is doing it again with a broader global reach and giving South African barmen the opportunity to be crowned the ultimate Patrón Perfectionist. 20 different countries, across 6 continents will be competing for both national and global titles. Inspired by the perfectionists who craft each
bottle of Patrón, the unique challenge is an opportunity for bartenders and mixologists to demonstrate their skill, expertise and understanding of the Patrón values- creating the perfect Patrón Tequila cocktail. The competition in addition, opens up the chance for the South African national winner to be
crowned the Patrón Global Perfectionist at the Hacienda Patrón distillery, Jalisco, Mexico in 2019.
