More Summer Fun at Silverstar

Summer is almost over, but the fun never needs to end at the West Rand’s favourite entertainment destination, Silverstar (https://www.tsogosun.com/silverstar-casino)! On 29 March Joburg Comedy Invasion will showcase comedy heavyweights in a show guaranteed to bring a “smile to your dial”!

Silverstar is once again the home of comedy on the West Rand, big names will be bringing the big laughs in a line-up of comedy heavyweights featuring Joey Rasdien, Chris Forrest and Ebenhaezer Dibakwane.

This non-stop laughter fest will touch on the silly, the surreal, the naughty and the nice in a show from the producers of “The Big 5 Comedy Show”.

A stalwart of the comedy scene, Chris Forrest plays host to this motley crew of gag merchants. He is sure to tickle your funny bone with his musings on life as the quintessential Joburg family man. His dry sense of humour and quick wit have made him one of SA’s most popular comedians.

Newcomer and rising comedic star, Ebenhaezer Dibikwane, rose to fame after winning the Savanna Comic’s Choice Newcomer award in 2016 and is a regular on the SABC2 sketch show, The Bantu Hour, has been racking up awards and accolades across multiple platforms.

Comedy titan, Joey Rasdien, headlines the Joburg Comedy Invasion. His unique brand of silly and surreal will leave you laughing and pondering in equal measure, but in the very best possible way.

This one night only performance takes place on Friday, 29 March at Silverstar Casino. Show starts at 8pm. We’ve extended Celebrate Summer

The final days of Summer at Silverstar has just got hotter and swifter - we have added an extra month to our Celebrate Summer (https://www.tsogosun.com/silverstar-casino/whats-on-silverstar/gaming/celebrate-summer-just-got-hotter) gaming promo from Tuesday, 5 March to Saturday, 30 March 2019 when the grand prize-winner will be driving away in a brand new Suzuki Swift.

All you need to do is play Slots and Tables to stand a chance to win a car or cash! We have over 300 mystery cash prizes to be won in our sizzling hot Tuesday and Wednesday Mystery Activations, Saturday Rewards Draws and finally the car draw.

Tuesday and Wednesday activations will take place on 05, 06, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26 and 27 March 2019 in the smoking and non-smoking casino between 6pm and 9pm. Winners will be selected every 15 minutes while actively playing on Tables and Slots with their Silverstar Rewards card.
