The @Sandton-Spa is a cool, contemporary space on the ground floor of the @Sandton-Hotel. Within @Sandton-Spa you’ll find COCO Pilates, a boutique pilates studio. On Saturday, 4 February from 6pm to 8pm, join COCO Pilates for a body awareness and breathing workshop combined with crystal therapy education.
The workshop will be presented by Pilates teacher Cat Coxon and Thandi Rhode, the owner of Crystal Geological.
