Maids and Minders was created by a first time mother who went through the struggles of finding a child carer for her child when she returned to work after maternity leave.  Even though unemployment is high in our country, finding a domestic worker has never been easy.  One just does not know where to look. Maids and Minders was created to be a solution to this problem by creating directory/database of job seekers that moms can select a suitable candidate from. Having to pay someone to find you a domestic worker-child carer is not an option for an ordinary working mother. For this reason Maids and Minders has made finding a domestic worker-childcarer free and convenient.
