The Fourkays Green Walk is a fun walk that will take place on 26 September 2015. The walk will start and end at the Lynnville Stadium in the township of Kwa - Guqa, Emalahleni. The purpose of the walk is to heighten awareness around environmental issues, as well as to sensitize the public around illegal dumping, littering and the importance of a clean environment. Another important purpose of the event is to promote social unity and cohesion within the Emalahleni community.
The Fourkays Green Walk is hosted by Fourkays Creations in association with the Emalahleni Local Municipality. The event forms part of the municipality's abhor day celebrations.
The fun walk will culminate in a fun family day at Lynnville Stadium, where there will be braaing, kids entertainment and performances.
