Telkom becomes the Home of Gaming

Telkom’s gaming zone is set to be an epicentre of excitement at Comic Con Cape Town. For the full duration of the show, fans can expect a series of action-packed events and challenges. Highlights include the eDiski Season 7 Finals, Heroes of the Pitch: High School Esports League Challenge, and the Conquest Cup: Showdown on FC24, which will be a free to play challenge open for all to enter. Additionally, Telkom invites attendees to join them for other free-to-play zones throughout the event, including the "Are You Game?" Mobile Challenge. 

Toyota gets hearts racing

Toyota Gaming Engine's stand will host five days of non-stop fun, featuring games such as Street Fighter 6, Gran Turismo 7, Clash Royale, and Brawl Stars. Fans have the chance to win Takealot vouchers daily, with a Beat the Pro challenge offering even greater rewards for those who emerge victorious against professional esports players. 

Doritos takes you inside a vibrant virtual reality

Doritos returns even bolder than before, offering attendees the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of virtual reality gaming. The Doritos VR League invites fans to experience the first ever Doritos Crunch Cup Beat Saber league, a free-to-play area which is accessible to all who want to beat the bold beats in this rhythm gaming feature. Doritos will virtually place players in the game, allowing them to showcase their skills for all to see, and giving those who top the daily leaderboard a chance to win their share of R10 000. 

Red Bull gives you wiiings to Paris

Red Bull presents the Kumite National Qualifier, an opportunity for any fan to unleash their inner warrior in Street Fighter 6, with the ultimate champion securing a spot at Kumite 2025 in Paris. RGB Gaming ignites gaming in schools

RGB Gaming is hosting a variety of school-focused tournaments at Comic Con Cape Town, in the KidsCon hall, which is being introduced to the show for the first time. Showcasing youth making waves in the gaming scene, battling it out in titles which include Apex Legends for university students and a Minecraft tournament for primary school students. The RGB zone will also offer young gaming enthusiast a chance to enjoy casual free to Fortnite, Minecraft and more played across Xbox and PC. 

Super Dragon Puch Force 3 exclusive

To celebrate the upcoming Boy Kills World movie, Comic Con Cape Town will feature the locally developed Super Dragon Punch Force 3 game. Fans can be among the first ever to experience this stylish 2.5D fighter game and learn more about the it from the development team during panels on Saturday and Sunday.
