Celebrate Father’s Day at Benguela on Main with your main man
Written by: MyPressportal Team Save to InstapaperFather’s Day is a day to simply be thankful for the special man in your life and Benguela on Main is offering a four course set menu to celebrate, fine dining style on Sunday, 19 June 2016. Situated in Somerset West, on the corner of Main Road and Coronation Ave, Benguela on Main incorporates a special all-round dining experience.
The specially designed Father’s Day menu has been created with dad’s favourite memories in mind by Executive Chef, Jean Delport who has worked at a number of fine dining establishments before opening up Benguela on Main last year, October 2015. He has dazzled diners with his sophisticated approach to food and created dishes that embraces a flair of flavours and dishes that are paired with local South African wines.
A few of the dishes found on the memorable four course menu are dry aged beef with smoked bone marrow, celeriac and onions and an incredible set valrhona chocolate Pudding with cognac, orange and ginger.
Benguela on Main will only be open for lunch on Father’s Day from 12:00 to 15:00 and each dad will be given a special handmade gift from the Benguela on Main team. To avoid disappointment ensure you book at R500 per person.
