Sta-Sof-Fro Wraps Up With Final Salon Seminar For 2018
Having a full-time career and having to balance the usual everyday life, which is different for every woman, could end up too much sometimes… and some women just seem to have it all together. Which cues the all-important question on every woman’s lips...
“How?”
This is the question the third panel of the #WearYou speakers came together to share their truths and tips on the “what, how and why” of their balancing act.
The panel of speakers included medical doctor and fashionista Dr Nandipha Sekeleni, fitness guru Mapule Ndhlovu as well as media personalities and businesswomen Palesa Masiteng and Lerato Sengadi. The ladies shared their experiences in career and life, took the guests through their personal journeys as women with a lot on their plate and connected with the guests as their revealed the real them.
For 6 months Sta-Sof-Fro opened the floor for women to engage and share words- words that could change a fellow woman’s life. The intimate seminars, aimed to break stereotypes and create dynamic dialogue, allowing the versastyle woman to embrace their personal truths, reminding all that it’s ok to be and #WearYou. With a complete hair care range that covers the vast majority of hair and beauty needs – from hair treatments and after care to skin care – the Wear You campaign has been and continue being an extension of what the Sta-Sof-Fro ethos stands for.
LET’S TAKE YOU BACK A LITTLE...
After 2 successful salon seminars that covered the topics of wealth and passion, with esteemed speakers from various industries, the salon seminars delved deeper into the personal journeys of entrepreneur Thato Kgatlhanye, lawyer Aurelia Nxumalo, wealth coaches Nelisiwe Masango and Samke Mhlongo, Mamakashaka founder Nandi Dlepu, celebrity chef Nti Ramaboa, style therapist Kwena Baloyi and Cheri Yase Kasi founder Sunshine Shibambo.
“Watching this campaign takes shape and to have these ladies breathe life into it has been an overwhelming experience,” commented Sta- Sof- Fro Brand Manager Lerato Selepe. “The speakers and guests have shared, laughed and cried, they have experienced “I thought I was the only one” and “aha” moments and Wear You has made a real impact on the lives of women- which is what Sta- Sof- Fro believes in.”

Sta- Sof- Fro foresees keeping this movement alive with plans to involve more leaders in various industries on the continent, to share their personal experiences, truths and narratives as real woman in an ever changing world.
