Smart feature makes it easy for job seekers to keep their information up to date

The latest enhancement to Careers24’s candidate profile section is making it much easier for candidates to register and keep their information up to date. When a job seeker uploads their latest CV, the smarter system will automatically update the candidate’s profile with new information, such as new qualifications or additional work experience, without overwriting existing information.
“We wanted to make it as quick and easy as possible for people to upload and keep their information updated, so they can spend less time on the formalities and more time on finding the right job”, said Shaun Clarke, brand manager of Careers24. Clarke also said that having up to date details available on their site, will benefit both job seekers and recruiters.
After logging into their accounts on Careers24, candidates can upload their CVs by clicking the upload CV button in the CV section of their profile. CV’s can be uploaded in Word or PDF format. New information will then be automatically added to the candidate’s profile, which the candidate can edit if they wish to add or change any specific details.
Candidates can store a number of different CV’s under their Careers24 profile for use as needed when they apply for jobs on Careers24. They can also set their privacy setting to determine if their profiles and/or CV’s are visible to recruiters.
