Laughter Yoga Qualification

Laughter yoga is a modern exercise involving prolonged voluntary laughter. This type of yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides similar physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. It is usually done in groups, with eye contact and much playfulness between participants.

This is a 2 Day Course which you will learn all you need to become a Qualified Laughter Yoga Coach. Training Manual and Certificate will be given to participates.

This is the only training seminar for this year and it's an intense training seminar and that it's certified in 130 countries around the world.
