Stretton's Gin won gold at this year's International Competition in the Spirits Business Gin Masters 2022, proving once again why it is SA's most loved gin brand. Stretton's Gin, a world-class, multiple gold and silver award-winning, London Dry Gin, emerged victorious despite an enormous number of entries in this annual blind-tasting competition, demonstrating its premium taste and quality.
The purpose of the competition is to identify and reward the best gin brands in the world. In order to judge the quality of the liquid, blind tastings were conducted by a panel of leading spirits experts to help discover the Gin Masters of 2022. In each category, silver, gold, and master medals were awarded. And rightfully so, gold was clinched by Stretton's Gin in the London Dry category, confirming its distinctive taste.
It's no secret that gin has long been considered a symbol of sophistication, and this award-winning, premium, and affordable gin is no exception. As a brand that maintains it “goes with anything”, gin lovers can enjoy four different flavours, suited to your palette. These include Stretton’s Original, Double-Cut, Triple Berry, and Wildberries.
Lauren Justus, Stretton’s Portfolio Manager at Edward Snell says the international recognition is a testament to the brand's quality offer. "This is such an exciting time for us as we are adding another award to our collection. Receiving gold at The Spirits Business Gin Masters 2022 means our team is on the right track. Our consumers will continue to get the best from us - and that is quality, internationally recognized gin."
