Style Meets Coffee - The Coffee Machine That Has It All

Frontier Coffee, a leading supplier of coffee machines to corporate South Africa for over 15 years, has unveiled the Vicenza F11, its latest touch screen operated coffee machine for the South African market.

Incorporating the latest in technology, the stylish Vicenza is the ideal machine for companies wishing to offer staff and guests high quality coffee – without the high purchase price normally associated with coffee machines of this calibre. In terms of technology, in addition to the colour touch screen and the 32 beverages on offer, the machines offer “stealth” grinding which allows them to be placed even in areas where staff are working and of course, in board room settings where high quality drinks can be made with minimal noise. It achieves this using ceramic grinder blades that allow extended life and high precision grinding which improves the coffee taste profile and reduces grinding noise. The machines also boast a 1 kg bean hopper and a 2 or 8 litre on-board water tank – but users can also plumb the machines directly into a mains water supply. One of the other unique features is that the Vicenza allows both espresso and traditional filter coffee to be made in the same machine.

Speaking at the launch of this new model, the managing director of Frontier Coffee, Steven Giddings, said that “initial sales had far exceeded expectation and that the machine, which had won an international design award, was seen by many office managers as both attractive and functional for the office environment.”

He added that today’s office managers more than ever realise the need to retain talent and to create a pleasant work environment, but as we enter 2019, the cost containment imperative has also come into play. So, it has become critical to find low maintenance multi-function coffee machines. “Our 10-15% discount on this model relative to others in the same class, and the 30% lower cost of coffee produced direct from beans versus capsules, offers that value” he said.

The machines are currently on a launch promotion at R 22 900-00 and in addition to a free demo, training and installation, the company also offers a rental option with a full maintenance package.
